lotto88 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before permitting withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lotto88 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

lotto88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your lotto88 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

lotto88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude lotto88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, lotto88 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of lotto88's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.
